A little about me, without the usual practitioner fluff.
I'm the acupuncturist who won't try to sell you on chakras or tell you to "just think positive." I believe in straight talk, evidence-based medicine, and the radical idea that healthcare should actually help.
I got into this work because traditional medicine kept shrugging at problems that Chinese medicine has been solving for millennia. Turns out, when you combine ancient wisdom with modern understanding (and a healthy dose of skepticism), you get pretty remarkable results.
My approach is simple: figure out what's wrong, fix it, and give you the tools to stay fixed. No mystical nonsense, no twenty-session packages you don't need. Just effective treatment that respects both your time and your intelligence.
When I'm not sticking needles in people (consensually), I enjoy questioning authority, making inappropriate jokes at appropriate times, and finding new ways to explain why your body is doing that weird thing it's doing.
I've spent years getting really good at fixing these specific problems. Because general practice is for generalists.
